We train every day of the week. You can attend any session, or all the sessions, and there is no requirement to attend any session.

Swimming and running are at the Maryborough Sports and Fitness Centre (at the Gillies Street / Majorca Road roundabout). Bike kicks off at the post office (top end of Nolan Street).

Bike bunches are anywhere from 6-8 in the winter months to 14+ in the summer, and we usually do around 35km. The pace can get fast at times, but don’t be discouraged because even if you drop back someone will generally stay back with you. Running is pretty casual; we pick a course each day depending on who is there. Swimming is as hard as you want it to be; turn up and idle through some laps by yourself or battle it out with the super fish!

Friday

  • Swimming. Maryborough Sports and Fitness Centre, 06:00-07:30am.

Saturday

Sunday
  • Cycling. Maryborough Post Office, 09:00-10:30.
  • Running 07:00am . At Keillor Lne Havelock-a nice relaxed run-complete with walk breaks, of any distance according to participants on the day
